Dreamy Beds at Rydges London

For many, the bed is the single most important thing about a hotel. Rydges Hotels‘ exclusive Dream Beds promise “the ultimate night’s sleep”. Their London property, which was recently renamed to Rydges Kensington London (from Rydges Kensington Plaza) has been recently refurbished, with new offerings that include WiFi in all rooms, a new gym- and the new Dream Beds, of course.

And if you really enjoy your Rydges Dream Bed, you can buy them online as well.

Breakfast at The Three Broomsticks

Did we get your attention? If you’re a Harry Potter fan- like we are- then planning a trip to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Universal Orlando is definitely on the horizon.

Now, when your planning a Theme Park trip, it’s usually a good idea to stay in a hotel “on-site”. You get easier access to the Park, and in most cases, more “goodies” than if you had stayed at an off-site hotel.

We can’t book a room at a Hogwarts Castle Hotel (yet?), so we recommend booking a room at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort instead. For this very good reason:

As an on-site hotel guest, you’ll skip the regular lines at participating rides and attractions with FREE Universal Express access in both Universal Orlando theme parks. It’s the fastest way to ride – enjoy unparalleled access all day long, as often as you’d like, just by showing your hotel room key card at each express entrance.

Opened in July of this year, we can’t think of a better place to get in the Christmas spirit.

Hotels that Tweet are Sweet

Twitter is undoubtedly one of the most popular Social Media tools today: celebrities use it to keep in touch with their fans, news agencies use it for true “breaking news”, and every day more and more hotels are using it as another service for their guests. See, for instance, these screen captures from Hilton Hotels’ and Starwood Hotels’ twitter accounts, taken yesterday:
