“Nothing. The location is terrible, the hotel is run down, the staff was not friendly, the price was way too high.”
Worth knowing: The hotel needs revamping. Everything is outdated and banged up. The staff seems to be trained to say no to everything you ask. They can't be bothered to put a smile on or say hello.

“We had a room on the 3rd floor looking across the harbor. It was a great view and we enjoyed the extra space we got with a comp room upgrade. Amazing bathtub. Would have enjoyed a massage but not available when we were there.”
Worth knowing: The dormer window on the 3rd floor lets in light 24 hoarser day. They do provide packaged eye masks if you are light sensitive while sleeping.
