Cool public space but not nice enough to be a guest.

“The lobby was really interesting and comfortable.”
Worth knowing: Sometimes the staff was not terribly friendly. But sometimes they really were. The faucet handles in the sink were really difficult to adjust and the hot water out of the sink was so hot it was burning The floors in the gym were so dirty you could see the dirt and Hair and the treadmills had hundreds of sweat marks. The shelves were covered in dirt and hairs, and it looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months. I would not choose this hotel again.
Very Brooklyn vibes with great location.

“Great location, cool vibe.”
Worth knowing: Not that it’s a negative but the lobby is a party club over the weekend which might not be for everyone. I didn’t mind it but can imagine it not being for everyone. Staff probably could have been a bit friendlier

“the room was a good size + the bathroom was also a good size. they had tea kettle .... since USA is a country of coffee drinkers mostly kettle is not available (only coffee machine)”
Worth knowing: the room had no cupboard. there was no choice but to open up your suitcase & leave it open, living out of the suitcase. we were 2 people , so 2 open suitcases took up a lot of space. a cupboard or drawers to put away things would have been convenient. we were on the 9th floor, but the rumblings from the metro still made a noise & shook the room.... needed time to get used to it to fall asleep.
